Dr. Lynn Morgan

Biography and Introduction

 Dr. Lynn S. Morgan has recently been selected to serve as the President of the Health Care Credit Union Association with offices in Boca Raton, FL and Atlanta, GA. Dr. Morgan has been involved in health care and mental health services for many years. She has served as a university administrator and professor at six universities and a medical college, as a Dean of Education and Department Chairperson, been a Director of four university Counseling Centers, and had a private practice. Dr. Morgan is the author and co-author of ten textbooks in psychotherapy and counseling, many health and mental research articles, and her text in multicultural counseling have been translated into twenty-six languages and are used around the world.

 Dr. Lynn S. Morgan has been a member of many state health and mental health initiatives, served on the Governor’s Task Force for Education in Hawaii, was a state regional Director of Special Services in Vermont, and has been active in drafting health, education, and mental health services and policies for several states and other countries. Dr. Morgan brings a wealth of experience administrative expertise, and vision to her new position as President for the Health Care Credit Union Association.

Doctor Visits By Telephone!

The summer officially began with the Memorial Day weekend, and if you have children, then they are out of, or almost done with, school for another year. Summer is the time when many of us take a vacation, and look forward to spending quality time with our family and friends. Our minds are filled with pleasant thoughts about places to visit, attractions to see, restaurants to try, and it’s nice to know that we are doing all of these with the economic advantages of HCCUA Membership. A fever and chills or a persistent rash may not be serious, but you may need medical advice on treatment and options. What would happen if it were late at night and you were out in the wilderness without resources?
