 Biography and IntroductionDr. Lynn S. Morgan has recently been selected to serve as the President of the HCCUA with offices in Boca Raton, FL. Dr. Morgan has been involved in health care and mental health services for many years. She has served as a university administrator and professor at six universities and a medical college, as a Dean of Education and Department Chairperson, been a Director of four university Counseling Centers, and had a private practice. Dr. Morgan is the author and co-author of ten textbooks in psychotherapy and counseling, many health and mental research articles, and her text in multicultural counseling have been translated into twenty-six languages and are used around the world. Dr. Lynn S. Morgan has been a member of many state health and mental health initiatives, served on the Governor’s Task Force for Education in Hawaii, was a state regional Director of Special Services in Vermont, and has been active in drafting health, education, and mental health services and policies for several states and other countries. Dr. Morgan brings a wealth of experience administrative expertise, and vision to her new position as President for the HCCUA.
