Dear Health Care Credit Union Association Members:

I am delighted to introduce myself as the new President of the Health Care Credit Union Association (HCCUA). As you may be aware, HCCUA is a non-profit organization that exists to provide you with support and services, tools and access to help you and your families in creating and living extraordinary lives. By now, I hope you have taken the opportunity to read about all of the extensive services and valuable benefits that you can use to improve, maintain, and protect your physical, financial, and family health, wealth, and quality of life. All of these benefits and services have been carefully and thoughtfully chosen to help each HCCUA member in making healthy lifestyle choices, making well informed and cost-effective decisions about your health, finances and recreational activities, and to help you plan for all aspects of creating and living an extraordinary life.

If you are like most people, your days are filled with work, family obligations, chores, errands, and unforeseen circumstances that can drain your time and energy. You may have filed your HCCUA Member Handbook away after a cursory skimming through of the services and benefits, and the true value of daily HCCUA choices, services, and benefits may not be readily visible or available at your fingertips to improve your daily lifestyle, health, recreational and financial wealth.

I am going to be having regular conversations with you and all the HCCUA members through my letters which will be both mailed and posted on the hccua.org web site. The purpose of my continuing conversations will be to encourage all of the HCCUA members to take advantage of the extensive services, benefits, and educational resources that are available to all of you. I would like you to think of me as an informed friend who is gently reminding you that your HCCUA membership can greatly improve your physical, financial, and family health, welfare, and quality of life. I will be refreshing your memory that your HCCUA benefits and services are awesome so please use them!

In each of my letters, I will feature one of the HCCUA membership benefits and encourage you to try the highlighted service before our next communication. You may want to develop a free simple will for you and your family, or call the free physicians consultation service which is available to you and your family 24/7, 365 days a year. As new benefits and services are made available to HCCUA members, I will highlight the new resources that you can use to improve your daily living. As you try these new services and benefits, I am positive that you will be as overwhelmingly excited about each and every benefit as I am in bringing them to you as a HCCUA member!
